Excellent customer service! Sharon initiated our order and explained everything in detail. After ordering, any question we had was answered immediately. I can't thank Sharon and Dave enough for how they treated my family, especially my mom. This isn't an easy thing to do but yet they made it so much better with their compassion and patience. I highly recommend Hudson Monuments. They took all the time I needed to explain what I was looking for in a monument and to show me various options. The paper rendering showing the etching of the picture I provided looked exactly alike. The actual finished monument was perfect. They made me feel so comfortable through the whole process and there was no pressure.
